Welcome to MasterClap.These Terms of Service govern your use of our website located at https://www.masterclap.in operated by MasterClap. Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our web pages. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and our Privacy Policy (“Agreements”). You acknowledge that you have read and understood the Agreements, and agree to be bound by them. 3. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including but not limited to, your credit or debit card number, the expiration date of your card, and your billing address. You represent and warrant that:

You have the legal right to use any card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that

The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete. We may employ the use of third party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service may at a later date be billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles will be set depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or MasterClap cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting the support@masterclap.in customer support team.

A valid payment method will be required at that time to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide MasterClap with accurate and complete billing information that may include but is not limited to full name, address, state, postal or zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information.

By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize MasterClap to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, MasterClap reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

5. Fee Changes

MasterClap, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the rates and Discounts quoted on its website https://www.masterclap.in. Any Subsequent fee change will become effective immediately and shall not wait for confirmation from the clients, even though they may have purchased Episodes/ Levels/ Courses at the old rate. Your continued use of the Service after the rate change for the previous purchases shall, however, hold good, then you may continue to use the service during its validity.

6. Refunds

We issue no refunds. A lot of research, time, and creative energy is put in by the Artists/Faculty and other staff members to create a course. Our whole purpose is to make sure that you are always satisfied with all our courses. So to protect our artists/faculty from fraud we don’t process refund requests.

7. Content

The content found on or through this Service is the property of MasterClap or used with permission and has certain copyrights attached to it. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or for personal gain, without express advance written permission from MasterClap…

8. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username, any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
